Nicolas Baker is the founder of Syndicus Financial LLC and serves as both a financial planner and settlement consultant. He specializes in planning for plaintiff personal injury attorneys, settlement planning, and financial planning for select owners of closely held businesses. With a focus on risk management and asset protection, Nicolas helps clients effectively accumulate, protect, distribute, and transfer their wealth. His targeted approach allows him to deeply understand his clients' goals and concerns, then guide them toward implementing practical solutions that deliver results.
Nicolas entered the financial industry after many years of running small businesses in a variety of industries. After juggling business operations, a family, and a grandmother with Alzheimer's, he discovered he had a passion for helping other business owners and successful professionals accomplish their financial goals through proactive planning. Early on he was exposed to the unique needs of the personal injury industry and built his practice around solutions for them and their clients, with the understanding of the complex needs of business owners. His calling ever since has been to serve his clients with a truly integrated practice rooted in an understanding of their unique needs and how to serve them.

Take the time to enjoy what you have.
Align yourself with those who have your best interests at heart.
Make your own decisions; don't hand them over to someone else.
Travel solo at least once.
Drink Italian wine—it has the most soul.
